Help the Seattle Humane Society Win $100,000 in the ASPCA $100k Challenge!   Support your favorite local shelter and help the Seattle Humane Society win $100,000 through the ASPCA $100k Challenge! The first leg of the contest ends April 15 and you can vote every day. On April 15, the animal shelters with the most votes will move on to the second part of the challenge and closer to the $100k grand prize. The Seattle Humane Society vet clinic provides medical care to thousands of animals every year. Our shelter and public spay/neuter surgeries are routinely limited due to recovery cage space - particularly for the larger dogs. Our veterinary staff does an incredible job with the space they have. With $100,000 we could improve our clinic, make more pets adoptable, and perform more low-fee spay/neuter surgeries for pets in our community.
